Delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. However, we do not always succeed in doing so, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

The product page shows an indication of the delivery time. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Interflex garden houses

The delivery time of Interflex garden houses is approx. 4-6 weeks, both untreated and dip impregnated (extra option), provided that they are available from stock. Coating (extra option) takes approx. 6 - 10 weeks delivery time, standard models with 50 / 70 mm wall thickness clear: approx. 6 - 10 weeks . There are no fixed delivery days per postcode area for Interflex log cabins in the Netherlands. Interflex garden houses are delivered directly to size via a separate carrier.

Personal Delivery Appointments

We value your time and strive to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Instead of a standard track & trace system, we choose a more personal approach:

Telephone Appointment : After your order has been placed, we will contact you by telephone to make a delivery appointment. We will schedule a delivery on a time slot that suits you best.
Day of delivery : On the agreed delivery day, we will call you approximately one hour in advance. This way, you know exactly when to expect your package, without having to wait at home all day.

Postage costs

Premium Shipping, Exceptional Service

At High End Outdoor, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and reliably. Depending on the brand of the garden house, we offer free or non-free shipping to almost every location in the country. The only exception is the Wadden Islands. If this is not the case, you will see this immediately at checkout.
