Costs and payment of the construction

Costs

For a large part of our range on which we offer our assembly service, you will find the costs stated with the relevant product. You can find this information under "Recommended accessories". In addition to an assembly manual, you will find, where possible, the associated assembly costs with products. This information is under "Recommended accessories".

In some cases, additional costs for assembly can be added to the order confirmation afterwards. Unfortunately, we cannot process these costs directly on our website in the order. You will receive a message about this during the payment process. For more information, you can click on the question mark at the assembly service or contact us.

Payment

If you have chosen our assembly service, you can pay the costs directly when placing the order. You also have the option to pay these costs upon delivery of the assembly.

Preparation

What should you pay attention to?

When using our assembly service, the following points are important:

The foundation for the object to be built must be solid, flat, level and of the correct dimensions.
If your project rests on concrete piles, the ground should not be hardened. There should be space to bury the concrete piles in the right place.
Painting and staining are not part of the assembly order. If you want to paint the project after assembly, please note that the connecting parts are no longer accessible for painting after assembly.
All electrical work, such as fittings and lighting, can be mounted, but will not be connected. You must arrange this with a certified installer/electrician or carry it out yourself.
An electrical connection (220V) must always be available at the installation site.
If installation is to take place on a floor, ensure that the required components are located on that floor.
The package to be assembled must be within 10 meters of the assembly location. Our carrier will deliver to the street side if possible. If this location is outside 10 meters of the assembly location, you as a customer must transport the materials to the correct location, otherwise additional costs may be charged.
For assembly, a free space of approximately 50 cm around the object to be built is usually required. If this space is not available at the assembly location, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Appointment for the construction service

When we take on the assembly of your project, we aim for a short time span between delivery and actual construction. We will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery date, followed by a construction appointment that follows quickly. Your satisfaction is our goal!
