Service and warranty

What is covered under warranty?

Damage on delivery: At High End Outdoor we strive for minimal transport damage. Unfortunately, this cannot always be avoided. If your product is damaged on arrival, please report this within the legal period. Follow the steps below:

  1. Please use our RMA form for your notification.
  2. Please complete all required fields, including order number and detailed description of the defect.
  3. After receipt, we will respond by email within three working days.
  4. Photos of the damage may be requested for an appropriate solution.
  5. Depending on the damage, we will take action, such as replacement or compensation.

In case of returns, you are responsible for any loss or damage. Therefore, always keep the original packaging and proof of shipment carefully. We refer to our exchange and return page.


Legal warranty

At High End Outdoor, a guarantee applies to all your purchases. Some products may have an additional factory guarantee, this is indicated with the relevant products. The date stated on the proof of purchase applies as the start date for the guarantee.

If a product is damaged upon receipt and/or does not function properly, we kindly request that you report this as soon as possible within the legally established period.

To make your report, we kindly request you to use our RMA form . It is important that all mandatory fields are filled in correctly, including the order number and a detailed description of the defective item upon receipt. In addition, we ask for a detailed description of the damage.

After we have received your report, you can expect a substantive response from us within 14 calendar days. We may ask you to send photos of the product, so that we can offer a suitable solution based on these images.

When you return a product after receiving shipping instructions, you are responsible for any loss or damage during transit. It is also advisable to keep proof of postage at all times.

Within the warranty period, all costs (including shipping costs) will be borne by High End Outdoor if a complaint is found to be justified. In the event of an unfounded complaint, the consumer cannot claim free repair or replacement, and the shipping costs incurred will be borne by the consumer. In that case, High End Outdoor will provide a non-binding quote for the repair costs. The consumer can then indicate whether they agree to the repair for the indicated amount, or whether they wish to waive further processing. In the latter case, the article will be returned, with the shipping costs for the return shipment being borne by the consumer. In the event of an unfounded complaint, High End Outdoor will charge an amount of 35 euros for research and administration costs.

If a complaint is justified, the consumer is entitled to free repair, replacement new parts or a new product. If repair is the more advantageous option, it is reasonable and permitted for High End Outdoor to reject the choice of exchange and go for repair.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases :

  1. In case of intentional damage or negligence;
  2. In case of incorrect use or lack of proper maintenance;
  3. With normal wear and tear;
  4. In case of damage resulting from failure to comply with or incorrect compliance with the instructions for use.

The warranty provided does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty via High End Outdoor is only valid if the product was purchased from us.
